Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed on marketopia360 may be canceled. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, as fulfillment is handled by third-party suppliers and shipping partners.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days
  • In some cases, processing may begin sooner than expected
  • Once processing starts, the order is automatically sent to our fulfillment partners and cannot be stopped

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible at 360marketopia@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. Requests are reviewed during business hours only

Submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation. Approval depends on the order’s fulfillment status.

Cancellations Not Accepted

We cannot cancel orders if:

  • The order has already been processed or shipped
  • Tracking information has been issued
  • The order is already in transit
  • The cancellation request is made after the processing period

In these cases, the order will follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days
  • Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider

Important Notes

  • Order processing begins quickly to ensure timely delivery
  • Shipping delays are not valid reasons for cancellation
  • We are unable to modify or cancel custom or special orders once processing begins
